Tug-a-bag

The little dragons playing tug-a-bag. They love this game of healthy competition and strength.  Also teaches them to move their bodies for more leverage on the ground.  Funny thing is this is our oldest bag and it has still not broken with all those children tugging on it.

Chick-fil-a Spirit Night

Chick-fil-a Kid's Night

We were invited to participate in Kid's night. Each class had their own time and we even had some friends from the audience try a little karate with us, We really appreciate Rob Bowman, owner and Mackenzie for inviting us. We had a great time!

First up were the Little Dragons:

 Second, the 6 & 7 Dragons were showing off their moves.

Then our Juniors got a turn to do some flying kicks.

Thank you to everyone who participated. We had a great time!

Kids Night @ Chick-fil-a

We will be having class and demonstrating our Martial Arts @ the Chick-fil-a on Lafayette Parkway in Lagrange, Tuesday night October 15th.
Come try a class or watch our students.

Southern Open Tournament

This is where we will be on Saturday. This is a very well run tournament. Come out and support our students and others from LaGrange. It is very entertaining to watch.

Belt Testing

Congratulations!

The Gup Belt tests on June 29th was fabulous! We were so proud of all of our students that tested. Here are some pictures from the test. 

 First of all check out our Dragons. These are 6-7 yr olds. They did a great job!

 

Second, the Juniors demonstrated what they knew after many hours of practice and class time.

 In our Junior class we had the honor of awarding a Junior 2nd red to Bryan Adams. Great job!

Finally, our adults. This class has become very large and we are so excited to have the diversity in our adult class. Our students range from 14-65 yrs old. They all work so well together and put forth 100% effort in every class.

 In the adult class, this young man, Matthew Howard was awarded his Junior 2nd red belt as well. Great Job Matt!
