All Testing Applications and Intent to Promote forms must be returned by May 8th. This will allow me time to order belts and print diplomas.
The Testing Fee has been changed to $25. Please pay by May 14th. If forms and fees are not paid by the above dates your student will not be able to test at this belt testing.
All stripes must be placed on each students belt by Mr. May. This shows Mr. May that your student has learned all necessary material and has attended enough classes and turned in all practice records. Please see Mr. May regarding belt stripes.
